We’ve all been through it. The pain of losing someone we love so dearly. Only, you haven’t lost them at all. Even though their Souls have transitioned they are still there. I have personal proof of this. So can you. Grief and healing lead me to Mediumship.
After Leo passed away two months later our Bella passed away too. This makes sense because Leo and Bella were truly best friends. They would cuddle together, support one another… I mean for the past 10+ years they were each other’s best friends. Leo was my shadow for 18 years and Bella was my wife’s shadow for 11 years.
What a beautiful gift to have such unconditional love in our lives for so long.
I visited a medium that my sister highly recommended and what was to happen over the next weeks into months changed me.
My grief and healing lead me to become immersed in mediumship books as I learned to read the signs and messages being sent to me. It was such a tender time; like the new growth on a rose cane sprouting out and nourished by the Light.
We all can receive signs and messages. You probably already do.
The gifted Medium linked with my Leo, My Grandmothers, My Grandfather, friends and relatives; there are no words for the healing she brought to me. The messages and the energy in the room was powerful and moving. They were all there, their messages were crystal clear and filled with special meaning that was shared only between each of us.
I visited her seeking the ones I loved and missed and I left learning a new way to heal.
Admidst the grief, this kind of healing was completely electric, alive and it was beautiful and soothing.
After my session with her, we discussed grief, healing and mediumship then I signed up for her mediumship class. When Bella passed away shortly after Leo I was already taking my first class in Mediumship.
I had been receiving messages, signs, and noticing so many idiosyncrasies that my heart knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is more than our physical bodies.
Our Souls leave our bodies when the physical body dies but the Soul is very much alive and very close to us in the physical plane.
The Soul transitions to our next realm that really isn’t too far from where we are now. The Spirit Realm is so close that many of us can see them, hear them, feel them and later I realized, so can I.
All of the meditation, mindfulness and spiritual studies came together as I boldly walked into my next chapter. I had a solid foundation from which to draw as I expanded and strengthened my intuition, my “clairs” and my sensitivity to the world around me.
The gift of healing was brought about by my grief and mediumship.
If you’re missing someone who has transitioned my heart goes out to you and may this message trigger a bit of healing that will blossom in your heart.
If you’d like to connect with a loved one in the Spirit Realm I’m here to tell you that you can learn how.
I did.
I’d like to share a few things I’ve learned along the way that can help stay connected to your transitioned loved ones, your guides and angels, and of course your intuition.
1. Start a dream journal.
Start with bullets if you like – make it easy. Make it practical. Keep it next to your bed and give yourself the time in the morning to recall. After a while, start to interpret your dreams and follow the meanings.
The Spirit Realm can communicate with us in our dreams as our analytical mind has shut off and it’s easier for messages to come through.
2. Connect with Nature.
Find something outside that brings you joy. Whether gardening, bird-watching, going for walks with your dog, jogging, whatever gets your butt outside…. and start paying attention. Notice the animals and the plants. That’s all, just notice. (PS – That’s mindfulness!)
3. Meditate.
Whether it’s a guided meditation from apps Soulvana, Omvana or even Gaia. Practice silent meditation to clear your mind and watch thoughts come up like leaves in a stream as they float on by. Meditate with your Animal Guide, Spirit Guide, Angels, crystals, plants, you name it and you can probably meditate with it. Just choose something that’s really high vibe of course.
4. Pay Attention.
There it is, mindfulness again. After some practice in mindfulness, you’ll really start to notice you’re aware of everything around you. That’s when your senses and “clairs” remember to wake up and/or get even stronger.
If you’re interested in learning more please let me know as I’m happy to share everything I know and help in any way that I can. Please don’t hesitate to reach out or comment below.
Be the Light, my friends!
